No Monetary Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges & Store Credit Only
Items may be exchanged for other merchandise of equal value, or you may choose to receive store credit. If the selected exchange item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

21-Day Exchange Window
All exchange requests or store credit must be initiated within 21 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

In-Person Exchange Requirement
Due to the nature of our business as both an online retailer and local pop-up shop, all exchanges (from in-person purchases), must be completed in person at our designated shop locations or events. Customers are responsible for making arrangements to attend an upcoming event or pop-up to facilitate the exchange.

Online Purchase Exchange Requirement
The same exchange criteria apply; however, if you are unable to exchange in person, you may ship your item to us at your own expense. Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and exchanged items will not be shipped out until all applicable shipping costs are paid for upfront and processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes, but is not limited to, custom or personalized products, and any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. At Harpy's Vintage, we offer curated selection of fun and trendy items, including collectible toys. We do not guarantee, advertise, claim or promote authenticity on blind box items or any collectible toys. We do our best to price fairly but it is the customer's sole responsibility to do their own research. That said, as all of our sales are final and blind boxes are opened, we're unable to accept returns.

How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at: harpysvintage@gmail.com within 21 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, i.e., receipt.
