Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via ground shipping. Expedited or express shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days after order processing.

Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Exchanges and Returns

As stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy, we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you wish to exchange an item, shipping costs for returning the item and for shipping the exchanged item are the customer’s responsibility.

No exchanges will be processed until all applicable shipping costs are paid upfront and processed by the customer.
